Toggle Valve (TV)
The Glova Toggle Valve toilet has a unique valve self-locking function, which closes around a rubber diaphragm in the valve. In doing so, the TV overcomes a previous shortcoming in the gate valves or sliding valves that are more vulnerable to deposits.
Glova compact toilets with a TV can be easily installed in connection to indoor waste tanks and longer pipework. Apart from the inlet and outlet valves, the TV toilet is similar to the standard Glova module and it runs on the same controller.

Disc Valve (DV)
The Glova Rail Disc Valve Units is equipped with Glova Rail's unique disk valves located in an optimal position away from the waste material. The design of the DV allows the client to change any possible wear and tear items, which ensures that the DV is the optimal solution to any lavatory system build from scratch or as a system upgrade to improve its serviceability.
The DV unit is available as a standard 3 nozzles "easy fit" system or a 5 nozzle "power flush" configuration. The 5 nozzle "power flush" offers a superior water distribution in the bowl and higher efficiency of the flush.

Pinch Valve (PV)
The Glova Rail Pinch Valve Toilet offers the full advantages of a modern compact toilet but is equipped with a well-proven pinch valve design. Traditionally, PVs have been mounted on older and larger systems configurations, but recently they have also been successfully introduced in compact systems.
The PV offers a 100 % sealed housing around the diaphragm and is consequently comparable to the toggle valve in terms of sustainability toward deposits. However, the PV is not self-locking, and should the air pressure drop in a parked coach, then the valves will slowly open.

Wall mounted (WM)
The Glova Rail Wall Mounted Toilet has been designed to comply with modern standards for train toilet cabins as the WM allows the area under the unit to be easily cleaned.
The WM is attachable to a GRP shroud, which improves the unit’s serviceability, as the shroud can be easily removed in order to gain access to the technical module. The WM includes several design solution engineered to overcome any shortcomings in terms of the unit’s possible vulnerability to deposits. One of such solutions is that the WM has been fit with a toggle valve on the inlet side and a pinch valve on the vertical flush pipe in the wall cavity, and this ensures the WM’s long-term reliable performance.
This combination of valves is extremely well suited for train configurations with indoor waste tanks and long pipework. The remaining technology utilized is similar to the standard Glova Rail module and it runs on the same controller.

Squat Pan (SP)
The Glova Rail Squat Pan is designed with a flat toilet bowl. The SPs are always tailored to meet the actual requirements and available space. In contrast to the compact technology, SP toilets are very often managed via the semi permanent technology, where the entire waste tank is evacuated. This technology is used to ensure a sufficient vacuum, which successfully overcomes the SP’s flat design in order to efficiently empty the toilet’s bowl.
